I don't think anyone is pretending that Biden is the perfect candidate, I just don't see why this necessitates slaughtering the guy. The next president is him or Trump. Pick a side.

I don't have to pick any side, I'm not even in the US! If I had to vote I'd feel some pressure maybe because I'd want to vote Green and would probably do so.

So I'll paint the fence green and sit on it I think. I couldn't really give a fuck as I have no influence on the outcome. Maine has ranked choice voting this time too so that's good, hopefully that'll happen in more states as the years pass too because it would solve most of these stupid arguments.

It is because they do not share his vision pal. You can squawk all you want about Blue Billionaire and the Arkansas mafia but the Democratic party has nothing to do with Socialism and of course, Bernie Sanders has had very little to do with the Democratic party.

I've got no need to squawk, could've done so over the last month like I said, when some of us accepted it was pretty much over but have been mostly fine since. I've accepted it. Strange to see the election madness between Dems and Reps starting up on twitter in April though. I'll have to avoid that place a lot until November I think.

It is as polarized as it has ever been - tbh I will be surprised if there are not substantial public physical confrontations leading up to November.

I wouldn't be surprised at that either. It's even worse to think of as we're currently in the middle of this pandemic too. Crazy year.

And that’s just the candidates....

It's really sick how so many right wingers seem to not give a fuck about hardly anything else as long as the police, military and economy are doing well. Authoritarian capitalist death cult.

Maybe that last sentence is a bit too harsh, or reads too harsh. Maybe I'm turning into Hades.

The Archons are behind all of this.

I always assumed you were Hades?

Vice President Mike Pence's office has declined to allow the nation's top health officials to appear on CNN in recent days and discuss the coronavirus pandemic killing thousands of Americans, in an attempt to pressure the network into carrying the White House's lengthy daily briefings in full.

Anthony Fauci, the top US infectious diseases expert, has warned that baseless “conspiracy theories” are swirling around the coronavirus crisis following claims that America’s official death toll from Covid-19 has been overstated.

Fauci, who has been director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984, said he had seen unfounded conjecture attach itself to previous crises and dismissed the emerging idea, largely promoted by high-profile figures in rightwing media, that the US’s Covid-19 death toll is being inflated by unrelated medical conditions.

“There is absolutely no evidence that that’s the case at all,” Fauci told NBC on Thursday. “I think it falls under the category of something that’s very unfortunate – these conspiracy theories that we hear about. Any time we have a crisis of any sort there is always this popping up of conspiracy theories.”

Christ, only in America can there be a conspiracy theory that figures of deaths from a pandemic are being inflated.

The official death toll from coronavirus in the US is likely to be an underestimate, according to a researcher at Johns Hopkins University, which collates tally that the Guardian relies on to gauge the extent of the pandemic.

“We definitely think there are deaths that we have not accounted for,” Jennifer Nuzzo, a senior scholar at the Johns Hopkins University Center for Health Security.

Love these anti-capitalists, when you click on their website, first thing they offer you is to buy their merch, then to donate, then to work for them for free.

There was some guy you linked to some time ago who asks for donations to show you his video rants, you click then you free content. Literally nothing on his site was free.

If they are the future, I think the future of capitalism is pretty safe.
