Some good shouts though. Hocus Pocus was already on my list. She already likes Matilda and Jumanji. I’m not sure Gremlins and The Mask are age appropriate!

I let mine watch The Mask at 6, it was definitely a bit dicey in places but then I got to ogle Cameron Diaz so it was fair enough. He loved it tbf

Want to scare the shit out of your kids with a legitimate kids film - The Hole (2009).

Just point to their mum.

My Neighbour Totoro.

Hand-drawn, top quality animation from Japan's Studio Ghibli. It's available as a dubbed version if you don't want to read the sub-titles. It's sensational and a gateway to a whole host of wonderful films by them. Ignore everyone else's suggestions, watch this. I bought it for my 4 year old niece at Christmas and she's obsessed with it.

Not seen this but found myself nearly buying clothing with artwork from this show, it looks fantastic. Might watch it myself or when Yara is a little bit older.

The only one I can think of that hasn't already been said is Benji.
