If you could only watch ten television programmes for the rest of your life, what would they be?

If I could only pick ten to watch for the rest of my life then I wouldn’t be picking anything like Fawlty Towers or Blackadder even though I love them as they’re too short. Longer shows would be better.

The Sopranos

The X-Files

It’s always sunny in Philadelphia

Curb your enthusiasm

Frasier

MOTD

Buffy the vampire slayer

Game of Thrones

The Shield

Supernatural

Twin Peaks, Rick And Morty, Banshee and Band Of Brothers would normally make my top ten I think but I’d pick some of the others as they have hundreds of episodes.

I considered including Top of the Pops and The Tube. Decided against TOTP as so many of the episodes are unwatchable due to a certain presenter.

That mid 90's era with Chris Evans was fucking brilliant though

Yes, Floyd was one-of-a-kind. I wish that was still on TV.

"Cracker" is another that would make my short list.

They show alot of his shows on Gold/Dave/Watch, cant remember which- I just record them all.

He was a maverick for sure but brilliant chef and brilliant TV

An authentic original, who didn’t take himself seriously.

Sort of character who doesn’t make tv programmes anymore, but who opened the door for a whole host of others who don’t have anything like the same charm.

His autobiography is a good read.

As you would imagine, the booze led to some funny adventures as well as some sad ones.

Owning a pub or two probably wasnt his best move but that was Floyd.

Must have been infectious company
