A bit rubbish that.

Big Virg and Fabinho both good. But not enough creativity through midfield and some really sloppy passing in the final third.

It was always going to be a tough game against these game raisers.

But I'm seeing a lot of resignation. It's back in City's hands. But we're 1 point off the top with 9 games to go. We need to snap out of a poor run of form, but it'll only take a City draw and a win from us to put it back in our hands.

I'm still sitting back and enjoying the ride.

My sentiments exactly. Give up when it is impossible, not before.

Henderson is one of the players we need to move on in the summer. Too lightweight and cowardly performances far too often whilst putting on his billy big balls leader of men routine. VVD should be the captain.

We probably won't as we already fear not playing our captain, don't see us having the balls to fuck him off to some mid table club.

I'm astounded we still have a player with zero courage as a captain.  Every time we need someone to step up, he shrinks away to nothing.  Every time.  He sets the worst example, the worst tempo, and hides instead of pulling his teammates up by their bootstraps.

You can't blame the player the Manager picks him and keeps him as captain.  We all know what he, Lallana, Sturridge offer we've seen it for Years.

That second half was absymal. We made Everton look half decent. And they're not.

Firmino came on and made us look worse.

Lallana came on and made us look worse.

Meanwhile Keita and Xeridan Shaqiri are sat drinking Bovril with their big winter coats on, checking the TV listings for the week wondering why they bother.

To be fair this isn't really a great oppirtunity tossed away....

We'll probably get more points than Arsenal's Invincibles - we'll amass a points total that would win the league 99 times out of 100.....but we sadly are up against a team who have put the bar at a ridiculous height and made the ask required fucking stupid.

We've put together what would be a title winning season in normal circumstances...sadly these are not normal times - as evidenced yesterday when a team AT HOME failed to register a single attempt off or on goal or even blocked, and failed to register even a corner...they sat in their own half and watched City play.

We are going to get done by a financially doped team.

It is like running 9.58 secs in the Olympic 100m final (current world record) and being beat by some twat juiced up to his eyeballs who runs 9.50

It does feel at times that we'll never win the league, no matter how close we get, we always blow it. There's maybe another twist in this title race but you can't be confident in this group of players performing when under any sort of pressure

City were financially doped when Leicester won it mate, it's not a valid excuse for me! Once again we don't have enough leaders in the first 11, and not enough quality on the bench, and because of that we've shit ourselves when it matters again!

Put the title challenge hopes away for at least 5 years! And prepare yourselves for a raid for Salah and Mane!

City have a horrendous schedule coming up that will test even their squad and a few injuries. They will drop points.

This week we took 5 points from 3 horrible games. It is what it is but we have made a small dent in their gd and we have two less horrible aways. I would have bitten my hand off for 7 plus but 5 isn't a complete disaster. Yeah they're top but our run in is easier. They have to go to old trafford.

Keita has looked depressingly distant from the YouTube hero of last year.

No idea what the story is with Shaqiri, he was excellent at times earlier in the season.

A big difference between this year and last is our press, where the fuck is it?

When we okay fast and press like fuck we're at our best.

Klopp's decided we need to be like 04-05 Chelsea but without the ambition and winning mentality instead.

This is unfortunately true.

What's even more depressing is that City are probably going to go out in the summer and spunk 200M to put players like Coutinho or Asensio on their bench, in order to make their ridiculously stacked squad even more unplayable.

They're what Chelsea wanted to be but have never quite managed apart from the initial Mourinho years, a team with unlimited money but also stability and a sensible recruitment policy.

Was that Guardiola's first season?

Think it was - was always going to be a bit of settling in period.

I do however think we are fucking cursed when it comes to winning this league again and not winning it this season with probably our highest ever points total will be a very bitter pill to have to swallow.

2014 hurt and hurt big time - this has potential to be even worse.

A staggering collapse even by our Everest sized standards, we laugh at Spurs but really is there a bigger team of shithouses than us?

Yup and we have also made sure we went out of the 2 domestic cups at the first hurdle. Another year where we have a very big chance of ending up with zero silverware.

Klopps been conservative since January.  He's more worried about not losing than winnng.

We’re a point off the league leaders and we’ve only conceded 15 league goals this season. We’ve a good chance of reaching the quarter finals of the European Cup too.

Even if we somehow win the league, it would be undeserved because no way we are the best team in the league. Even when we were wining every match earlier in the season we weren't that great. We are getting what we deserve right now. Fuck it.

Fuck that we've only lost one game so far.  No way do thoughs corrupt Manc rats deserve fuck all.

I think the title has gone, sadly. City are getting stronger and we're getting weaker. I hate to say we're bottling this because just to stay level with those financially doped cheating cunts is an achievement in itself. But the pressure has visibly been getting to the team. It would have been far better had we been doing the chasing, instead we've been leading and seeing each draw punished by City as they've closed the deficit. It's going to be a tough final few months for us to stomach.
