We can't afford not to start Shaqiri. With Firmino out, he's the only one who can create something. Keita should play as well on the odd chance he'd actually contribute something offensively for once. I don't know if Klopp's ever used this shape, but I'd go:

Mane     Salah

        Shaq

Keita          Wij

         Fab

Robbo VvD Matip TAA

        Alisson

I like this lineup. Send it to Jurgen. Say he can replace Shaq with Bobby if he is fit.

I know people don't want to hear it but we've not been firing on all cylinders for a while. Teams have either worked put how to play us or we're tiring or both. For that reason I'm not very hopeful of much tonight, we've been a bit lucky and scraped through a few games against teams we should be battering.

The last time we won the title there was no internet and I don't really remember the nerves being as bad as this, of course I didn't have some twat on the internet telling me how to support the team then, probably the twat that wasn't even a spunk stain at that point. I spent a decent part of my life managing to support the reds without Mr Internet telling me. Also without the so called sports journalists either, fuck me what a poisoned bunch of pricks they are, (our own leader excluded of course) Maybe I'm old enough to remember when football wasn't a fucking soap opera and click bait were two words that were never used together.

I'll be singing and supporting at Anfield tonight but if the internet police allow it I'll be as nervy as fuck and worrying until it's 6-0 in the 80th.

Kev, I’ll write to Blue Peter and ask them to send you a badge.

Let's hope it's the origi who scored 5in5 last year for us and not the headless chicken that he turned into on occasions.

Let's hope he is at least central because if he is wide we are in trouble.

Another new midfield 3 and a new attacking 3. Don’t be surprised if it’s another disjointed performance.

To be fair - Ceefax & the associated phone lines that you would call at a pound a minute to dispense football rumours ("RIVALDO ON MERSEYSIDE?") were as bad as any click bait as we have now. People have always been the same - the platform to air views has just changed (and become far more widespread).
