I think it’s a bigger problem in general with all the top clubs the amount of media work managers have to do pre and post match is ridiculous.

And they always have to be aware of saying something even slightly controversial can get twisted or blown up to be bigger than what it is.

we need more Ian Holloway types getting interviewed a nut job liable to say anything or just less interviews.

Managers are baited into criticising something by these stupid after match interiews. This incident was stupid as we'd benefited from poor decisions ourselves. There is of course a genuine debate needed regarding the accountability of officials who turn in bad performances yet are continually given more opportunities to make even more but that's different argument altogether.
