Seems fairly reasonable to me that you need to have the qualifications in place - not really sure it is impinging on individually liberty to a great degree.  Unless Stronts is advocating that you can chop whatever you like off people with no training whenever you like, so long as they agree to it.

Yeah, it’s interesting. If it’s about safety and qualifications, rather than liberty then I get it. I mean, there’s a huge vein in the tongue. You fuck that up and you’re in trouble.

It would be nice if it was applied to doctors who perform breast surgery on women who havent had mastectomies or other medical problems.
