Summer 2019 Transfer Thread

Utd still seems the obvious destination, but they're desperately trying to undo the damage Sanchez' contract has done. De Gea and Herrerra not signing new deals is directly linked, and Rabiot being on a free would likely want massive wages.

Then Everton apparently made contact. Poor sod might be better off going back, cap in hand, and grovelling to Tuchel. Imagine having to apologise to that gimp.

Reports this morning that he now wants to sign a new deal at PSG?!

Apparently the director didn't want him and Leonardo. Rest of the hierarchy were fine with him. But now that the director himself has left, Rabiot might have a way back into PSG setup

City will just backdate another £200m and sign Mbappe. Pep is a fucking genius.

It's why they have gone to CAS about the charges mate. They just want to make sure things are dragged out so any ban will be delayed. You watch the bastards take the piss and spend 350 million this summer.

According to whoscored Nicolas Pepe plays exclusively on the right... If that’s right I’m not sure he’d be right for us, as we’re well covered on the right, with Salah, Mane and Shaqiri.

I watched a YouTube comp last night & he looked effective on the left too!

Pepe definitely gives us options. Salah can play central more with Firmino as a 10.

Depth for front three.

In a 4-2-3-1 Keita is an option on the left too instead of Mane.

I wouldn't worry too much that he can’t play on the left as there’s also Origi.

Im struggling to see where Shaqiri & Lallana fit in next season.

Well for a start you have Lallana and Fit in the same sentence.

Strange to think he's 31 and played so little after his stint at Bolton, despite being out on loan at the likes of Hibs and Wigan.
