Imagine we did pull out a good attacking players now.   The boost that would give the squad would be something else.   We'd be going into the season with our only concern behind back up full backs.   We're a Coutinho and a full back away from having a perfect squad.    

 

No matter what happens we'll be in with a shout of the champions League again and should be easily safe for 4th as long as we avoid rotten injury luck.

Because... Klopp wants to keep his main squad together? I would’ve thought that was pretty obvious. It’s the fans that want to sell those players, not the club

I reckon the club would snatch the hands off for any decent bid for lovren or lallana. It's just we won't get decent bids for either. Neither of them is young. They're both always injured. They both clear 100k per week. That's why they'll stay, LFC would be delighted if we could offload them.

This is a mistake. We have an established team now. Small incremental improvements every season would allow us not having to make summers of huge investments. Now if we fail this season, next season will sit itself for a necessary big investment.
