The problem with our inactivity this window is not that we'll become a bad team, but city had folks like Mahrez to come in/off the bench when needed and win them valuable points last season. I can't see a situation in which city finish with less than 95 points, and I don't think we get there again with the squad at it's absolute limits.

Leroy Sane too. Mental.

It's a fine balancing act between Klopp (rightfully waiting for specific players to become available) and us being left short.

I think we are past buying players for the sake of buying but at the same time a bad injury to any of our front 3 and we are fucked.

Why would you want another crock?

How is he a crock though? You believe in what the club says far too much. He's played the last few seasons and a World Cup. Adam lallana has played about 5 games in 2 years.

We bought Oxlade, who probably had one of the worst injury records around. Then you have Lovren crying off every third game.

Cant believe we didn't sign Fekir because of his knee when we've got Adam Lallana stealing a fucking living.

It was the right decision.

We should have looked for an alternative.

Another attacker last season and who knows, we could have pipped City.

As for Lallana, can't believe he's going to be stealing a living for another season.

Some of those appearances are deceptive as well.

We'll struggle to make top 4 this year.

Chelsea,  Arsenal nor Utd haven't done anywhere near enough to catch up.

Can't see us being anywhere near as close to city whilst ignoring the holes in the squad, inevitable throwing in the towel in the domestic cups.

Well no doubt have another run into the latter stages of the champions league and who knows from there.
