Someone better check on Dave, Leicester have agreed a 30m fee with Newcastle for Ayoze Perez.

I wouldn’t have been against him coming in as Bobby’s back-up, but not at £30m.

Oh come on, Bobby's back up? He's not even a Poundland version of Bobby, he's the shite stock sat in the Poundland NDC that they can't sell and can't go to landfill and can't even flog in bulk to China version of Bobby.

I understand that Liverpool wish to meet with Ayoze Perez’s representatives. Statistically, the Newcastle star has been described  by technical research experts as the Messi of the spreadsheets. Of course, there would still be a risk in his signing, but at £30-£35m (an asking price that surprised the club, who value him at nearer £45m in today’s inflated market) it would be seen as a low risk investment.

I don't care for stats when I can see with my eyes. I mean that list of five players, jesus, Jimenez I would take of the five but that is putting a gun to my head.

I care a lot for stats but when you start ranking strikers by the number of interceptions made you're doing it wrong.

Not even Comolli's spreadsheets were coming up with lists of players that bad.
