We have a great first eleven. We prioritised the CL and the PL. Good job. We did well in both.

 

Now we need to include the other two domestic cups into our targets. We need to buy players that allow us to recycle players to play in all competitions. We don't have to sign them ALL this window, but we have to have a signing strategy that takes this approach.

 

I would say, sign players that will improve the first eleven. By doing this you have also improved the squad.

Liverpool are not planning to make a summer move for Lyon forward Memphis Depay, Sky Sports News understands.

Depay sparked speculation he could be leaving the Ligue 1 club after posting a video on Instagram of him boarding a red private jet while wearing the same colour suit with the caption "Merci Lyon".

Reports in the national press have since suggested the Netherlands international is a target for Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.

But Sky Sports News understands Liverpool are not interested in Depay and will not be pursuing a deal for the former Manchester United player

PSG CONSIDER MILNER MOVE
Thomas Tuchel admitted on Sunday that he would be naive to promise that Neymar and Kylian Mbappe will still be at PSG beyond the end of the summer. So should the Parisians lose either of their superstars, they are being linked with the only player capable of filling the glitz and glamour void: James Milner.
