What bread do use, Rem?

I'm quite the dabbler but love an olive loaf, a tiger loaf or any fresh white unsliced bread. I often make my own lashing in all sorts from olives, to nuts and seeds, sun-dried tomato, herbs and spices, cheese, honey helps the crust sometimes.

If I buy it sliced it's usually Polish sourdough or a seeded batch.
