After the last fight, Price was giving it to the fans in the crowd for the grief they have given him. In interviews afterwards he was talking about how the penny had dropped and he was a different fighter. He talked about how he wanted a few fights with hearn where he was favourite.

 

Then, Parker cancels and he steps in to this fight.

 

Before this fight, he was talking about only taking fights for money now to try and secure his future. He then goes and quits like that in front of everyone. Similar to Kuzman fight. 

 

Surely he is resigned to MTK shows now.
