A disappointing performance after a decent start. The midfield is lacking the drive that Ox provided last season. The goal that we conceded was poor. Lovren lost Aguero and Alisson got beaten near post. The hold up play upfront was poor from all three forwards. That said I still believe we’re very much in this game.

They’re far more comfortable on the ball and are the dominant team, just like they were at Anfield. They’ve thrown away one game at home this season and it’s massively unlikely that they’ll do so again.

That's the fighting spirit we need. .

Getting fucking robbed here.

In the lead up to their goal, when Sterling was dribbling across our packed 18 yard box, he chips it in and it gets headed away. Right then, before they immediately regain possession of the ball, should have been given as offside,  because we certainly didn't gain any advantage by play going on.

Both Kompany and Sane (for the studs up on Hendo, when Gini saw yellow!) both could easily have seen straight red cards.

I could see Keita coming on for Milner, covers ground faster and gives us more in and around the box. Could allow Jurgen to go 4231 also.

COME ON RED MEN
