Arsenal (H) 29/12

Absolutely insane half, like a throwback to 18 months ago. Absolutely electric offensively, unbelievablely clinical. Front 3 have gone into God mode. Firmino has been absolutely wonderful, Salah relatively quiet but everything he does just has elite written all over it, he absolutely frightens the life out of Arsenal, forces first goal, the touch for Mane’s goal is ridiculous and the pen, that square up and leaving defenders for dead is becoming a trademark.

However, most open I’ve seen us look this season, Robbo and Fabinho have been poor. Wijnaldum picking up a lot of pieces and stopping errors from being fatal. Would get Hendo on for second half and shore it up.

Second half is going to be something else. I can see some crazy shit happening, like it becoming 4-3 and us holding on. Games against Arsenal are always fucking mad.

Vital we get the next goal, they are capable of getting a few back.

This guy is a legend already:

"Sokratis has a little yap in Mohamed Salah's ear as the two teams walk off the pitch. The Liverpool forward ignores him but Virgil van Dijk isn't happy and comes running over to stop Sokratis hassling his teammate. Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang drags Sokratis away too."

Sokratis just about shit himself in the tunnel. There was genuine fear in his eyes.

That's what we were missing for ages. Everbody pile in for your team mate. For too long we let opposition hard men have it too easy. Big Shaq needs to start throwing his weight around too, though.
