Lampard moaning about Chelsea's transfer ban. The irony. They must have spent half a billion over the last few years.

Must be hard  having a £60million player only joining in the summer plus another £40million spent on Kovacic in said Summer.

Without making this a Chelsea thread in the manc thread, but like Lampard would have got the job without the transfer ban. And if they didn't want a ban, maybe they shouldn't have got involved with child trafficking.

He'd better not get fucking sacked before we play them in October.

If, as seems inevitable he will be if he keeps this form up, following up getting Mourinho sacked with getting Hobbit sacked would be a nice year on year double. We may as well make an occasion of it.

Impressive double posting.

Seven points ahead of them already.

I've waited my whole life to see us be better than them and now that's here, their mediocrity inspires mostly apathy.

I didn't even know Palace had beaten them last week until the day after. I knew Southampton would shut them out yesterday. These results are to be expected now. Their aura has dissipated entirely. Glorious stuff.

The whole you-didn't-win-the-league thing that they and the Bloos were doubtless hoping would sustain them through 2019/20 has already fallen apart. Apathy is right.

I don't think he will, regardless of results. He gets an awfully easy ride from fans and the board know this. They'll take the flak instead and carry on regardless as they seek to turn over the massive wage bill for ageing shite. The lack of CL football this season will just add to this, they are trying to get back into that and probably doing so without signing big names. People will point to Maguire, WB and James, but outside of the UK they really aren't known that much, maybe MaGuire due to England, but most German commentary I've heard regard him as over hyped and not that good.  OGS is wank and way out of his depth, but United have major problems away from the pitch. Reckon the clueless Gnome will get at least until the end of December before they think about replacing him, maybe they are waiting for the fans to turn.

I'm loving it. Hope they actually give him another whole season after failing to qualify for the CL again.

Rashford is shit, man....

Laughing my arse off at the young lad in the background who is obviously bored as fuck at listening to them waffle on. The bloke makes a few good points but then bangs on about Greenwood as if he's some fucking wonder player.

Fucking hell. What were they thinking?

That's the thing I don't think they were , appointing him was the ultimate romantic self serving decision ever.

I think they just got carried away after that psg win and a couple of fight back type performances. I reckon everyone there was thinking fergie time and all that never say die spirit was back and that was all that was missing.
