Cristiano Ronaldo: Ex-Man Utd boss Sir Alex Ferguson says 'start your best players' - BBC Sport

Great to see his old boss publicly undermining him!

The whole thing is starting to turn in to the exact sort of 'circus' that Ferguson used to despise.

Yes start a 36 year twice a week, please.  Burn the bastard out.

Ole is a woeful manager but managing Ronaldo’s time is obviously needed.  With several other top attacking players they shouldn’t need him to beat mighty Everton.

I wonder if they’ll be storming the stadium and getting their next home game postponed?

EDIT: Checked the fixtures to see it’s us

the club "will not receive any proceeds from the sale".

No protests until the shiny new toys are not working properly, they're out of contention for cups and one of their rivals is running away with the league.

That's how it works isn't it?

It looks like they were trying to sell taking the peak that had come with the Ronaldo signing and his first couple of goals. Their shares had bumped up from about $15 to $20. They slipped 13% on this news though, so back to a little under $17
