Yes, as they would lose him to breach of terms of contract and mean they have to pay him as they can't cut him loose for nothing and lose out on thier MASSIVE investment as he would become a free agent as they lose his registration as a player during the length of the, original, contract. Ironically if they wanted to sack him it's breech as well and he could sue them for earnings lost.
