Not for me

The only people to blame for us going to shit was our own board and successive mistakes at the club.

That's true enough but still doesn't make admire Ferguson. He was an horrible bloke who bullied officials and had the ear of the FA without doubt. Of course I don't wish him any real harm but if he had a miserable afternoon at Anfield today it males me smile. If he doesn't like it don't watch them.  I fucking wouldn't.

Gini is fine

If he could start scoring a few crucial goals like in his debut season that would be helpful. But he's strong, good engine, always around the ball. Will look far better in a midfield that isn't himself, Henderson and Milner. Far better with a Shaqiri/Keita and Fabinho holding as he gets more liscene to go ball hunting. Great squad player

Every one of our outfield players had a shot on goal, Gini was the last one to complete the set and that was around 67 minutes in.

Just been on redcafe.

The meltdown is funny, but at least they are self aware. They seem to be honest with themselves about how shit they are. Bit of a contrast to the bitters who seem to think they've got the best team the world has ever assembled but the corruption is keeping them from achieving greatness.

That's true but not one of them gives us much credit for being a much better team. It's all about Mourinho and slagging off their players as if we have had nothing to do with overtaking them .

If the shoe was in the other foot, I'd doubt we'd be giving them credit either. Depression generally focuses on your own faults.

Yeah that's true.

They also have a weird fondness for using loads of smileys in their posts.

Fucking weirdos.

They were hilariously shit. Long may it continue.

Mourinho would’ve expected us to line up 4-3-3 I reckon, so he setup the team for that. Three centre halfs for our three forwards, and two wingbacks two push our full backs back.

However we lined up with 4-2-3-1, as a result Bobby had loads of space in the first half to link up the play and hurt them. At halftime, José quickly switched the formation to mirror us with Fellaini in for Dalot, and we saw Bobby’s influence waned a bit.

Most shots against them since opta began in 04! Lukaku with 20 touches. Fewest of his entire career in prem when he's played full game.

Lukaku stinks and it doesn't take much to slow him down these days, but Virgil just embarrassed him. Knicked it off him every time.
