Playing far better today than we did against Burnley imo. Midfield is far more sprightly and fluid, always looking much more coherent with Fabinho instead of creaky old Ready Salted. 

I think Milner's been decent at right back too.

Needs to step up the tempo after break. I fear Mason might try and even the score .

Opinions I guess, but I think Keita has played well. Agree tho that it’s far from an ideal position for him, and he should be more involved. His skills one on one with the ball at feet is world class.

Wijnaldum and Fabinho have been poor. Salah looks like he do in the first couple of months of the season, lacking in confidence. I think he’s down a lot of dirty work like an old-fashioned, back to goal number 9.

 

we need more width in the second half going forward and more solidity from our CMs.

We’ve too many games to go full pelt all the time. Three points are all that matter. Good, professional performance today.

I'm not having a go at him, when he has been on the ball he's been good but he's isolated on the left and struggling to get involved.

I really don’t like Mo as a CF, his game is about having the game in front of him and making those searing runs from out to in. It negates so much of his quality. Get Mane on and drop Keita into midfield for Wij.

A much improved midfield that. Now score two more and bring on Studge and Orogi for Mo and Friminho. They need to conserve some energy for Tuesday.

Don't fancy Trent in these conditions - they will look to hammer it out wide as game wears on and he tends to get caught under the odd one/out of position and with a swirling wind he might get done.
