What the fuck is Redknapp doing defending the atrocoticy of Pickford, trying to imomy his hands hit the bar? Fucking meff.

So pleased for Big D after the injury he suffered and to inflict that back at them.

What's going on with Mo and Firmino though? Come on lads. Seems like they're forcing themselves to try to play football. Really got to sort it out.

That result has to do wonders for the team spirit. To win with only one of your top four attacking players on the pitch (they almost certainly feel that they have the biggest responsibility to score the goals) with a backup striker who has been effectively frozen out for the last two years should bring a lot of pleasure to the whole team. The goal was really weird (everyone turned away with the ball in the air) with even Tyler saying "Hold on" as the ball started coming back down.

A brilliant goal, far from a brilliant performance but so many of the attacking players are desperate for goals to take the pressure of themselves and the team. Hopefully this will push us on to performing to better level from here on.

Not sure about that. Winning ugly can't get you home every week and we were massively lucky today.  3 shots on targets with those strikers is abysmal and if Klopp doesn't sort it out we will start regressing. Today just papered over cracks, Firmino being the biggest.

I’m not a member mate, so can’t get into their Liverpool stuff. There’ll be plenty of ‘murderers’, ‘wall-pushers’ and a conspiracy given the time we scored.

In hindsight that was the perfect Derby game. A few good chances for them, hanging in there for a famous draw, followed by a late scrambled goal in injury time injury time. Two sets of Blue fans fuming. Fucking lovely.

Let the crying commence....

The match thread is in the Everton forum and open access. Right about that stuff though.

We had three one on one's with the keeper and hit the post. You're exaggerating.

You say we were lucky, I see that. But Everton were kind of lucky too as we had many chances that should be in the net from a lot of players (Firmino, Mane and Shaqiri all missed great chances) so my point is that having a forgotten player score a lucky goal will hopefully see the team improve - simply as a result of the feel-good factor from that goal.

We weren't very good today.

We looked tired.

Balance of team looks wrong.

Midfield was invisible again.

Creativity is poor.

Front men are snatching at things.

And you know what none of that actually matters right now....because we fucking won and i am buzzing like fuck at how we did it - massive, massive, massive result and all that matters is the result today.
