It's mad how people get fixated on the pay of individuals at the BBC, Graham Norton of Lineker or Naga, regardless of whether they're getting less or more than another top star, who cares?

 

Nobody ever discusses what the rank and file get. There's people at Salford quays commuting from Wolverhampton and Leeds to work, doing five day contracts some of them, most are on three month contracts, yet you're supposed to give a shit that one of its showbiz "stars" like Louise Minchin gets 150 grand and not 160.

 

Said it before but the BBC is like the soviet Union, the people at the top with the right connections are drinking black Market Pepsi and getting hand jobs from Bolshoi ballerinas, everyone else is queueing for a loaf and hoping their kid doesn't get sent to Afghanistan.
