Maybe I'm being a little cynical, but Huddersfield and Wolves have probably not coughed up because they've hardly been in the Premier League. Like when you start a new job and on your first day they're having a whip round for someone you don't know who is leaving. Some people would throw in anyway, but others will justifiably refuse.

 

Full credit to Leicester and Palace who have spent most of their time in the top flight, and fair play to the others too, but it might be different if they'd been mainstays in the PL all these years.

 

Shame on all the others though. Sadly I'm not surprised at our club but I did think Everton might have a bit more about them. Maybe if Kenwright was still running the show they would have.
