Yep, it took me a while to find an album with Head Over Heels on and if I recall I eventually found it on one of their American greatest hits albums. I'm not sure if it's part of a studio album but if it was I couldn't find it.

It was on Songs from the Big Chair, same album as Shout and Everybody Wants to Rule the World.
