That's an uitsmijter. Traditional Dutch fare. White bread, cheese, ham and fried eggs. I'd prefer the bread toasted but it seems to be impossible for them to get their heads around when you ask them. Uitsmijter is also the word used for a doorman or bouncer.

Maybe in some variation but it looks to be primarily poached eggs, Bacon/ham covered in hollandaise sauce on a muffin.

Yes I think so, it needs to be tried, so next time I'm in a Stan Waters on the Dock Rd I'll be ordering it, any Asparagus sir?

Be the ultimate foodie cunt and make your own hollandaise fresh. It's a bitch to make but massively worth it.

Great stuff -- I must admit that there is a jar brand that I use - adding additional fresh lemon juice but would certainly give it a go. Have made a couple good aiolis from scratch.
