Just went outside and it felt like putting my head inside the freezer.

There's no positive to that experience just sheer disappointment.

Are you sure you didn't simply open the door to the freezer and put your head in?

Always love the first snow of the year.

I'll be hating it in a month but my kids were out playing in it and I just thought "snow is lovely." But then I remembered I have to put the snow tires on tomorrow and it brought me back down to earth.

People actually get winter tyres? I just thought they were a con so michelin can squeeze some more money out of the public.

Plus who doesn't like a bit of The Fast and the Furious: Annie Road Drift?

What’s not to love?

Autumn is boss. So it’s getting a bit cold, we’ll wrap up then.

Trick or treating tomorrow with my girl, our favourite day of the year.

then it’s bonfite night.

bring it on.

Where I live (in Siberia) once you get about 10km from my house the roads aren't plowed at all as there's just way too many roads and not enough traffic to justify it. They get packed down into ice after a few cars go over them after a snow. So driving on your summer tyres would be less Annie Road Drift and more Fast and the Furious: Cliff Glide to a Fiery Death.

Got the evening off from our little girl and checked in to a stunning little resort of wooden chalets. Relaxing in a warm room drinking cognac and watching it snow outside. Absolute bliss. Pictures? Yep going to bore you with pictures:
