Data hotspot question.

I’m going away with my missus and two other couples at a lodge somewhere next weekend (haven’t even asked where it is, to be honest. I only agreed to go because it’s something she wants to do) and I’ve got no intention of missing the Chelsea game on the Saturday. My problem is there’s no WiFi there. I suspect I’ll also be dipping in and out of the Ryder Cup coverage.

If I were to take my Android box and connect it to my phone hotspot, how quickly would my data run down whilst using a streaming service?

I’m on a 30gb plan and have only ever used hotspot a few times to let the kids connect their tablets to it, so I’ve got no idea if that’s gonna be enough or how quickly it’ll be used up.

I’m automatically assuming that wherever it is I’ll be able to pick up 3G/4G. If there isn’t there’ll be a murder.
