Which player in world football would improve us the most?

He literally scored twice the number of goals as Bobby last season.

Have you watched Bobby over the last couple of seasons and what he does for the team? The work rate, the pressing, dropping deep, giving licence to Mo And Mane to get forward. His game and worth to the team is worth so much more than just goals. Put Kane in our side and Salah and Mane wouldn’t be nowhere near as effective as they are. Proper team player is Bobby. Kane isn’t.

Kante or DeBruyne for me.

In terms of individuals, I'd probably go with these two aswell. Our intense high-pressing style gets more out of more of our players more of the time, so somebody as brilliant as Messi, while adding his own brand of magic, might mean that one or two others are less effective. If that happens, the team is less effective on the whole.

Kante and De Bruyne both fit well into our preferred style, but Kante in particular has become a bit of a talisman since arriving in England. When he plays, his team invariably wins and is at the forefront of things when the trophies are being handed out. He has shown he can be effective in teams that play on the front foot as well as teams that prefer to sit deeper and counter.

Varane at CB as there's still a question mark over Gomez (at the moment), or De Bruyne in midfield. Once Fabinho and Naby get into their normal gears, De Bruyne added to them would make the perfect midfield 3. Personally I wouldn't improve any other position which shows the job JK has done in 2 years.

12 months ago, he thought Chamberlain was a better right winger than Bobby was a striker, so no is the answer there.

Ox outperformed De Bruyne and Silva.. two of the beat midfielders the league hav ever seen not once but twice last season. He was easily our best midfielder. Firmino was our third best forward.
