Bit of a chicken and egg thing in recent games, we play cagey and the crowd is subdued, the crowd suddenly gets up for it and the team suddenly starts playing fast attacking football.

I reckon it's going to be a huge occasion, crowd up for it from the off and the team will follow suit.

I expect the atmosphere will be more like the Villa game, where we'd heard about City losing, so every stand was bouncing from start to finish.

For me, City are the team to beat. They are winners (again I know I know). Arsenal have had the hardest start, but they have won fuck all. They got lucky in recent seasons with injuries and they got away with things they haven't recently from referees.

I expect us to drop a few points over the next two months and I do think the lead will be cut a bit, but we're in a lovely position.

The maximum Arsenal can get is 100, City 101. I think 84 points to win the league is a realistic amount. This isn't City of previous title races and Arsenal sure as hell aren't peak Jurgen's team from a few years back.

It is too early I feel for points projections but if  we were doing them abu dhabi would need to run at 102 pts over a season form for rest of season to get to 93 this season now - they need 70 from 26 which is 2.69 per game...102 a season form.

Even getting to 90 requires them to run at 98 over a season form.

These are numbers that IMO they simply aren't going to do this season - these are numbers that are beyond them - they are numbers that stretch even the best sides in history to the limit as we know.

So i feel that somewhere around 85-87 pts will likely win the league. It could be lower of course but I feel a team who gets that is clear.

To get to 87 we need 56 from 26.....82 pts over a season form. Doable IMO.

Like a few on here I saw it was 3 nil to the cheats and thought it was done checked it about 20 mins ago and laughed my bollocks off .

3 hours ahead here so I went to bed 1-0, thinkinging they'll get a morale boosting win. What a lovely surprise this morning! There arses must be on the floor.

Think we will smash them 4-0, with Mo on top form ripping those sorry arses a new one.

And now we understand why Jurgen stepped down last season.  Pep looks absolutely shattered.  As human being I find this quite sad for him.  Nothing is worth getting into this kind of state.   He should've stepped down rather than signing a new contract.

Good work my friend.

The two times they pipped us by one point, they had magnificent teams with a magnificent manager. I still would say Pep is that, but their team has gaping holes in it. I just can't see them getting over 90 points - if they lose this weekend that is pretty much impossible, as it would involve them only dropping eight points until the end of the season. I do feel this is their reset season and as others have said on here, when they have those seasons, we have to be there to take advantage. It would be slightly annoying if this was the season they got hit with a 20-30 points deduction and it makes sweet fa of a difference.

I do feel that if in a dream world they fell more than 14 points behind us (basically 15 because of goal difference), he would start playing kids and trying random tactics with next year in mind. I can't see that happening because we have a nasty looking two months to navigate.

I will say if they were 8 or 9 points behind us with ten games to go, I would be shitting it, because unlike Arsenal, they have the capability to go the distance as they have shown multiple times - I know I know cheating bastards.
