I think this is basically an attempt to say the rules aren’t fair and challenge them before they determine if they broke them or not, ie if the rules are unfair to start with, you can’t punish us for breaking them.

Oh, that, yeah. I didn’t know that’s what it was called. Should be interesting.

What a game huh.  Cheats prosper, others suffer the consequences.  If they aren’t severely punished then a new league without them (and a few others) should be formed.

The government will put a stop to that.

Got to admit, it’s a bit of a non-story. They might have some wins, they might also be no decision yet so no point discussing…

Bet Martin Samuel is gorging on it. Not that he's fussy in that department.

If this goes the way we're all fearing and state owned clubs can get money in this way, then the super league is the only viable option, as that was set up from the beginning so no associated parties could funnel money into their own clubs.

Everyone was given the same amount and the ability to earn.

Either that, or every team sends out their under 18s against City and Newcastle home and away and let's see the Premier league sell those fucking tv rights, for a 2 horse league.

Plenty of shills are lining their fucking pockets over all these decisions.

It's a fucking disgrace if this rule is deleted and the oil cunts have a free for all.

If they win I can't be arsed with it anymore. It's just privileged oil royal cunts getting to treat the world like their personal little play pit, enabled completely by greedy cunts with no morals or ethics.

And dont care about football whats so ever only care about painting a good picture of themselves

It's a story in the way all their PR is - it continues to normalize the fact they are going to get off, shall I say, Scott free.

If they do we should bin off the league the PL would crap themselves then where far bigger than they will ever be that might be the only way to stop the cheating cunts

That Super League though - at least we saved that from happening...

Makes you wonder doesn't it..the whole fucking thing is a shit show. A leagie not even decided in a boardroom any more, decided in the courts.

The Premier league clubs should break away and start another league without city in if they bullshit and bully their way out of this.

I said when they raised the case the PL clubs should have just walked away from it all and left them on their own. We still should. They shouldn't be allowed near the league for a generation..
