Most likely, you're right, but he's gone pretty big with the football governance thingumabob, so there's a hope they'll be something they raise in a 'this can never happen again' way which clips wings.

The other side of that coin is Abu Dhabi may not want political involvement. If found guilty its easier to pin it on a couple of rogue individuals. Slice, dice, bin bag, dump, all sorted, nothing to see here.

I've no doubt they are genuine City fans but they know how to maximise this ruse for a target audience. After the rumours came out they were doing a tour I thought I'd give Liam a watch at Reading to see if his voice was still shit live. About 3 songs in he asks are there any City fans in the house, immediately switched over.

Still not heard anything about city taking the league to court about the FFP rules from a few months ago. 

 

Litterly nothing will happen to city when they should be getting relegated and have all their leagie titles stripped from them.
