I wholeheartedly agree with and endorse this position. It’s time for a change of direction. Its time for a rethink of the approach. It’s time for a manager who befits their status as a club.

It’s time for Alan Pardew.

Give me 500ml to spend

He'd spend it on midfielders and buy one CB who is flavour of the month. Probably Ake or Dunk.

Luis Figo denies romantic relationship with Pep Guardiola at Barcelona

Former Portugal star says he and Man City boss Guardiola - both now married with children - were nothing more than good friends, saying: 'I like women'

Luis Figo has denied the 'urban myth' that he had a romantic relationship with Pep Guardiola when they were teammates at Barcelona

Figo and Manchester City boss Guardiola played in the same Barcelona team in the 1990s.

Figo is married to Helen Svedin who he met while playing for Barca, and the couple now have three children together, Daniela, Martina and Stella.

Guardiola is married to his teenage sweetheart Cristina Serra and they also have three children - Maria, Marius and Valentina.

Figo and Guardiola were close friends and roomed together while they played for the Catalan giants.

This is where partisanship doesn't help football. We should back them up.

Instead of saying "Live with it. it happened to us.", we should say "Yeah, you're right. It happened to us and it shouldn't happen to you." - let's change this sit instead of normalising it.

Not having a pop at you mate - just using your post to show a different perspective.

With the added bonus that it would further destroy Pep's mind.

You'd think when the managers at the pointy end of the league table are all essentially in agreement about this, the authorities might take notice.

On a similar note, if there's a positive to take out of the recent LC farce, is that it pushed the issue to a point where said authorities don't want it to again. Something might actually be done there.

No problem. Yes, I agree with you.
