Like I've said before,I started coaching around the mid to late 1990s and coaches already knew about this cunt back then yet he was still employed as a coach/scout even with all those rumours going on. Any club who allowed him to be around kids should be punished severely. I know of City and Crewe as two clubs he worked for but I'm sure there were others. City really have no morals any more at all.

Well yes and no as I understand it. Any club can still sign so called partner sponsorship deals but the amount of money in the deal has to be scrutinised by a PL arbiter as being 'in line' with others and not over inflated?
