Fucking oddballs...

I've had to Google Lee Rigby. He was the soldier knifed in Woolwich in 2013. If he was a City fan, then fair play to them, even if the flag is dreadful (that font - urgh) and they all look like a complete set of scruffs.

He was a city fan wasn't he? Sure I saw something on the north west news only about a month or so ago - they had that flad on too and had been fund raising I think.

He was a Man Utd supporter & surely they could just get their owners to sportswash the shit out of their fundraiser.

More changes than I expected, given that he can make 5 subs.

Personally, I would rather go strong in the first 45 and get a couple of goals, then take key players off.

On the flip side, Pep has had to go fairly strong, hopefully they go to extra time and knacker a few of their players, plus it's an away game.

Just two changes from the weekend, hopefully they will have to make loads of changes in the FA Cup on Saturday.

Walker and De Bruyne came off injured last night.

No news how serious, or otherwise, the injuries are.

Or on Grealish's hair either.

I think De Bruyne was just precautionary, took a knock and was sat with ice on his leg, doesn't look serious.

Walker looked like a bad one though.

Cunts!

Manchester City have launched an investigation after footage circulated on social media appearing to show two home fans mocking the Hillsborough disaster.

In a clip which has been widely shared on Twitter tonight, a pair of City supporters were filmed seemingly making obscene gestures referencing Hillsborough in the direction of fans in the Liverpool end after the final whistle.

The ECHO understands Man City officials are looking into the incident - and take such matters seriously.

The person who is believed to have initially shared the footage on Twitter said: "All for the footy banter and that but draw the line with Hillsborough".

Liverpool and City drew 2-2 at the Etihad earlier today in a thrilling top-of-the-table clash.

Pep Guardiola's side led twice but were pegged back by the Reds each time, with goals from Diogo Jota and Sadio Mane.

The result means City remain one point ahead of Liverpool at the summit of the Premier League, with both teams having seven games left to play in the competition.

And the clubs meet again next Saturday at Wembley in the semi-final of the FA Cup.

I assume there will be a minutes silence on Saturday. Be interesting how they observe it.

From the club who defended their players singing songs about Liverpool fans getting battered and being victims of it all I wouldn’t hold your breath about them taking this seriously.
