Man City - the new bitters?

Any action against City will have to be 100%, cast iron provable because they’ve already made it clear they’ll just tie up any action against them with counter legal action lasting years and costing all parties a fortune, not that it will bother them as they can afford it.

However, if ultimately they were to be found culpable, even after drawn out legal action, they know they will get the maximum penalties applied, including possible relegation and being stripped of their titles*.

Anything less would make the whole idea of making them accountable a farce.

They can get all the pussy they want. Why the fuck do they do this. Just hope he gets the book thrown at him. Have no idea what the penalty in England is for this. Hope it's many many years behind bars though and that he gets the same treatment in there as he have done to these women. Same goes for the other little cunt that plays for the others.

They'll probably both become superstars in some Arab League where women don't count for much.

Infuriating these fuckers have stopped us winning titles being owned by a country and having creative finances but worse when Pep leaves and they might have a period of instability it will probably coincide with Klopp leaving us so it will be another club that takes advantage. Its like stolen valor with these twats.

This is the part I don't get. They have won the league with three different managers - their next manager will as well.

Two of those were very fortuitous compared to how the baldie won his titles.  I do agree that whoever comes next will have to majorly fuck up not to win the league.

You’re right. They spend so much money that even Pellegrini won the PL, ffs. Helps when your club can buy you a world class spine (Kompany-Fernandinho-Silva-Aguero), no expense spared. A spine which P€p the cheque inherited before spending another £700m or so.

Was just browsing through hotdeals uk and man City are on there flogging champions league tickets against sporting Lisbon for £17.50. Even their own fans feel nothing for them. Joyless football. Abhu Dhabi bought a club and sold its soul.

Perfect description.

The main (only?) reason Guardiola was brought in was to win the Champions League with all its kudos, otherwise, why would you need to sack managers who had won the domestic title?

It’s all about raising the profile for the sports washing owners, and the highest profile is Champions League, then World Club winners, something Guardiola alluded to, albeit sarcastically, the other day when he said they shouldn’t be called the best side in the world as either Chelsea or Palmeiras would be that after their game.

That’s why I hope they continue to fail in the CL as it’s the one they want desperately and will throw unlimited funds at to win.

Love to beat them in the final, but not sure the heart would stand it!

In Ireland RTE have had the champions league for the guts of 20 years. Tonight they have PSG Madrid on, as far as I'm aware it's the first time they have ever shown 2 non English sides when an English side is playing at the same time. Shows how small time City are.

They made a similar point on Irish radio tonight - Off The Ball on Newstalk - tonight. The presenters agreed that they very seldom watch City and find them boring but also that Sky very rarely have City on at 4.30 Sunday evening, their high profile game of the weekend. If they have them on at all, it's the Saturday evening game or BT show them lunchtime Saturday. They seem to have played a lot more at 3pm Saturday than champions usually do. I presume Sky know the numbers and Liverpool, United and even Arsenal have a greater fanbase and viewing figures but also the average Joe would prefer to watch Liverpool's style of football or United, hoping they lose so they can have some banter with their fans in real life or on social media. City are just "there".

Say what you want but these twats are going to be like united were when they were trying to win their 2nd European Cup \ Champions League. Regularly winning the league gave them numerous opportunities to eventually win it a 2nd time.

This lot generally get piss easy groups in the CL pretty much the same way they do in the domestic cups. They've already got one foot in the quarters after tonight.

I can only realistically see ourselves or chelsea stopping them getting to a 2nd consecutive CL final and if they get there against an non English club, they'll batter whoever they play.

But fat cunt samuel will be ok with that because clubs should be able to buy their way to the top.
