Pep criticises Leicester for only conceding twice, while scoring five times themselves.

This new-fangled "opponent" thing really is becoming a bit of a nuisance for City.

Come to the Etihad, nice day out, meet Pep, lose 5-0, everyone is happy.

Hahaha like I said earlier in the summer. Buying Ake would not really solve any of City’s problems.

Aguero would get his usual injuries and they have lost D.Silva. City are a worse team now than they were last season.

Fucking nostradamus here.

Really went out on a limb there Frode!

“It is great for the public in Leicester to see us. They must have been wondering what this team everyone is talking about are all about and now they have seen. We were wonderful."

It's true. It's why he's so iffy in two-legged Champions League knockouts. You have to manage difficult moments and parts of games to win the Champions League and he can't do that. His teams always give goals in bunches.

I'd argue their 2018-19 title win is by some distance Guardiola's greatest achievement in football. It’s the one time a side of his has been pushed all the way unexpectedly and prevailed over the course of a season.

Perhaps, yes - the only caveat being the complete meekness of most of their opponents in the run-in, when meanwhile every team playing us seemed to be putting in their most defiant performance of the season.

Yes.

I can't remember a team being so unlucky in defeat since Palace 9-0.

These City folk really do live in an alternative universe.

Part of their problem as a team is they believe the shite they spout. They think it's all.luck the universe is against them because they're incapable of contemplating it's because they're not that good any more.
