Apparently they might get away with it. After the first case against unlike City they worked with UEFA to sort out there issues. City refused to cooperate and constantly went on the attack against UEFA

Blue Moon must be fun tonight, bet they are planning an assault on UEFA HQ.

Fuck them. Had a look and they have brought up Imaginary PEDs, Heysel, Racism you name it. Two bob club that won the lottery. Hope this goes some way to fucking them back into pointlessness. Ive never looked at anything they have won and thought "yeah well done" its all tainted because its all bought. Its like going West Ham on Footy Manager and  going a bad of other teams and buying your shit players for absolute millions then winning the league. yeah cheating. Twats.

Mental you'd let UEFA investigate you in a UEFA investigation.

You think UEFA as Europe's governing body would be the people to investigate and sentence any infraction wouldn't you especially as its ruling you can't play in their tournament. It's not like they are banning them from football,

Some journo on Twitter is mentioning an overlooked angle. City recently sold a 10% equity share to US investors, Silver Lake. What did City tell these investors? Did they lie to them? Did they give them reassurances about there being no real danger of a Champions League ban?

If the ban is upheld, will these investors lawyer up and want out?
