I'm not advocating we don't buy him, all I am saying is for 20m we shouldn't be buying him just because he is highly rated at Chelsea. 

 

Luckily Michael Edwards seems switches on and won't buy players off of one good game, unlike previous managers and transfer guru's.

Plenty of hype when he had that worldy against Arsenal I think on his debut. Just the hype didn’t last that long because he was shit.

Timo Werner I reckon there's definite interest there. Left sided player who can cut in on his right foot. We only have Mane for that role. Went through a tough spell last season but still scored 13 goals with 7 assists in the league. Bayern want him to replace Lewandowski. He'd be better off here instead, he doesn't suit a possession based system. Can cover both Mane and Firmino's roles. Presses like Firmino. As fast as Mo in full flight.

Alderweireld has just had his contract renewed, which means the £25m release clause is now active. We should be all over that.

 

Nainggolan got caught the other day slagging off the Inter players and fans like fuck. Think Joe Cole's "they told me to say it was a big club" West Ham interview x 10. Said he's desperate to come back to Roma and asked Totti to have a word. His position must surely be untenable. A good cheap option for squad depth.

Not writing him off, just saying we shouldn't just sign someone for 20m because they have a good reputation at youth level football.

Few articles saying Fekir has become available which is why we've dropped our interest in Pulisic.

Disappointing,  I still feel as I did at the start of the season, we need another quality forward player as we're too reliant on that three staying fit forever.

We do need someone, an injury to one of the front 3 and we are struggling.

Agree that another quality attacking player is maybe the highest priority. In addition I’d say we need one more top quality CB, as two is not enough, and after that cover at LB and in goal. 

 

Doubt anything will happen in January though, as Klopp has shown before he is only willing to move if the players he really wants are available.
