Lolly Ices

Magnums are boss but are useless on really hot days. Something like a Lemonade Sparkle is much more appropriate. I had an R Whites one the other day. It was ok but a poor imitation, really, although I did get to sing “I’m a secret Lemondade wanker”.

I sort of agree but I think there’s a ratio where I’d still class it as a lolly ice. A magnum is like a choc ice but a Fab is only partially covered so I’d say that’s ok.

Shouldn't a lolly ice be mainly a frozen liquid made up of water and/or fruit juices ?

I get what you mean, but technically they all contain ice. 

 

 

I do agree that if they have ice cream in them then they are ice creams really, a true lolly ice should be water and chemical flavours and colourings, frozen.

How does mini-milk get described as a lolly ice rather than an ice cream lolly?

£1.50 for 4 in sainsburys at the moment. These are currently still the best around, fruit pastel and twister coming in just short

If you like watermelon then 100% yes. 

 

I love watermelon,

I ate so much of the stuff when in India. 

Cost about £1.50(and no doubt paying a European tax, but who cares) and proper full sized watermelons from the market.

First lolly ices I bought from the icey man as a snotty nosed kid in L8. About 2 and a half pence in the late 60s,early 70s.
