Yep. He's still a fantastic defender and would have made a difference last night. Brilliant that the arsehole messed it up for everybody.

 

Unless of course they're playing us in the next round, I hope Ajax haven't punched themselves out. They'll have the beating of most teams if they play with that intensity.

I would love to play Ajax, not because I think they are an easy team, but I'd relish playing us against a team with that kind of intensity and bravery, I reckon it'd be a boss tie with loads of goals. 

 

Even the big teams can have a tendency to play it safe, give me some good balls-out rock and roll football.
