They should bring on Emre Can. He will run with the ball and eventually look up and realise he could have passed the ball a couple of seconds ago and then score a late goal. Hopefully he won't help the opposition score any more goals before that.

To be fair, with the vulnerability Chelsea are showing against the cutback into the box City might actually get even more against them, at least a dozen or so. That's their bread-and-butter move.
