You have a point. Although I’d be far more concerned with him than Solskjaer, when you look at his time with Spurs he looks a bit more like a deluxe Redknapp than someone to be feared at all costs. Overachieving at a certain level doesn’t necessarily translate to dominance when you take a step up.

Definitely want Solskjaer in before him, but still no guarantees he’d bring them right back up there.

There is only one word to describe Goodison Park half an hour before kick off... Subdued. There were some cheers when Ryan Babel scored for Fulham earlier, but the home fans are clearly not sure what to expect this afternoon.

Constant threat all day long whilst being doubled up on and only ever receiving the ball in a good position once or twice. 

 

Nowhere near his best but still head and shoulders ahead of most of the squad in ability and performance level.
