It is absolutely no sign whatsoever of it not being the best league in the world. Which it is, by some distance. This year even more than most.

I know the Spanish teams do well in the Europa and Champions League but that's because the league is a walk in the park barre when the Top 3 meet each other. Spanish sides regularly rest players before big European games and still power through the fodder of the league. The league is 75% fodder. The Premier League has about 25% pure fodder, the rest are tough games.

This just isn't true. And the first bit you've said makes no sense. Why do their teams keep winning the Europa league?

Well Atletico won it because they are an extremely disciplined high quality team, and the only real competition they faced was Arsenal in the death throws of Wenger's reign. Sevilla were very good back then but they aren't anymore. They won't be winning Europa again any time soon.
