Man oh man. The dangers of flying private, I guess. Terrible luck. That guy had one of the best engines in world football, tireless runner, a real handful to play against. Would've been good in England.

Yeah it's grim. Small aircrafts are more risk than they're worth.

Agreed. Even if I was worth 5 billion I wouldn't have a private jet. No way.

I’d tend to agree. If money is no issue I’d fly first class though, I got randomly selected for a free upgrade to business class at Abu Dhabi airport on my way back to Melbourne a few years ago, and it was pretty sweet. I can only imagine what first class would be like.

I see that Ronaldo has escaped jail time and paid a huge fine afetr accepting the prosector's deal. Xabi Alonso has not accepted a deal as he is pleading innocence and could actually go to jail. Presumably he will accept a deal if the alternative is jail time?

What a horrible way to go. Even if by chance you're still alive when the plane hits the sea, you got no chance in those icy waters. Very sad.

I'd imagine it would be an issue for the clubs insurers to sort out.
