Looks like Chelsea are taking the legal route to try to avoid paying him off. Think it will be difficult as if it works the PL / Managers Association agreement that managers must be paid off in full before the club can move on would be in tatters as you can always find something to moan about managers behaviour if you want to welch out of a payment. Can’t also see too many players wanting to go to court to slag an extra-manager off.
