Being reported a lot on social media. Without the disclaimer to not comment in a way which might suggest guilt/jeopardise the fairness of any trial.

It's probably nothing, but I'm naturally cynical when it comes to Hillsborough, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was by design and we can expect legal arguments about it being impossible to get a fair trial due to the disaster being in the public eye for the past 30 years.

This always feels like a subject I shouldn’t post on due to not wanting to intrude, not having a direct connection, what the people who do

have lived with and fought for over so many years and so on.

But, what a day of impossibly mixed emotions this must be, not least for Tony Bland’s family. Solidarity with them all, simply can’t imagine what it must have been and continue to be like.

Respect doesn’t even come close for how they have all conducted themselves.
