What player do you think of when you see a squad number?

This may have been done before, but I was sitting on a flight recently and it popped (or pooped) into my head as to what Liverpool players I think of when I see a certain squad number. It may even be that the player only played a few times in that number, but you associate him with it. So this is me. If you’re arsed, contribute -

1. Grobelaar

2. Rob Jones

3. Steve Staunton

4. Phil Nicol

5. Ronnie Whelan

6. Alan Hansen

7. Kenny

8. John Aldridge

9. Ian Rush

10. John Barnes

11. Graeme Souness

12. Ronnie Whelan (again)

13. Danny Murphy

14. Alonso

15. Redknapp

16. No one

17. Gerrard

23 Fowler

You started it by going off on a tangent.

Nope because my thought process when I see a squad number is to go back to 1 to 11. in other words I do not think of one player when I see a squad number. But that apparently is too difficult for you to comprehend because you want to persue your agenda. Again.  You then compound it by making an argument of it. Whatever.
