I doubt ITV will be able to match Mowbray and Keown for sheer mind-numbing gobshitery in the commentary box. It was a titanic performance this afternoon eclipsing Hoddle or Tyler at their excruciating worst..

Mowbrays Fortress of Jordan gag was partridge-esque.

Can England realistically win this competition? They have done well to get this far but surely Belgium and France have to be considered the two favourites?

 

So many people talking about winning the whole thing and I would be surprised.

Indeed. I liked Mowbray's reference to Lingards "impish flick" where the ball bounced off his leg to the keeper, Do other nations have to put up with jingoistic gibbons calling their games, I suppose they do.  Bangs head on coffee table,

Belgium is coached by Martinez which guarantees a goal for England in the final.
