Buvac gone?

Arsenal has a clear Dortmund connection nowadays, so don't think it would be that far-fetched an appointment.

A massive, massive blow for us in any case. By all accounts, Buvac is exceptional at what he does. Remember Jurgen saying he's the best coach he's ever met and Ljinders referring to him as a coaching computer. Given the improvement in the likes of Robbo, AOC, Lallana, Milner, Firmino, Salah, Lovren etc..., I think this is where we will miss him the most.

Arsenal had won 2 league titles and a European trophy in the decade preceding Wenger ... how many has Wenger won in his last 10 years there and what’s he done in Europe? The sentiment that Arsenal were nothing before Wenger is fiction.

I am pinning my hopes to it being a clash with Achterberg and Buvac saying he is shit and he cannot even make a sub quickly never mind coach the keepers we have so has taken a hissy fit until Jurgen replaces him with a new keeper coach at the end of the season.

If the Arsenal link is true then given the way Klopp was with Coutihno I think he has told Buvac he might aswell go now if he isn't committed to the cause which would explain the unusual timing. Klopp has probably seen his arse when Buvac has mentioned he was thinking about Arsenal.

If that was the reason, he’s acted like a little bitch and deserves to be fucked off

Luckily I doubt that’s nowhere close to the truth

Thanks for quoting Tetris. Now as to my actual question — how many league titles and European trophies did Arsenal win in the 10 years prior to his arrival, and how many have they won in the last 10 years?

Edit: To keep vaguely on thread .. not to say it wouldn’t be an odd appointment, but the concept that Wenger took over a tin pot club and has left them giants is not true. He had an outstanding 7 year period .. the rest has been great underachievement if not quite a “specialism in failure”. Hopefully Atletico smash them.
